Clients include organizations of all sizes involved in manufacturing, gaming, highways maintenance, hospitality, food processing, insurance, education (primary, secondary and post secondary), health care, government, workers’ compensation, mining and plastics.

Jon Gale is a seasoned management negotiator with over 30 years experience in Labour Relations. During that time he has held senior positions with some of Canada’s largest organizations in both the private and public sectors. As well, he taught Labour Relations for many years at the University of British Columbia.

He has spoken at conferences and conducted seminars for organizations such as the Business Council of British Columbia, the Human Resource Management Association of BC, the Mining Association of BC, the Canadian Management Accountants and the Canadian Human Resource Systems Professionals.
